Dr. Bingab (B.B) is a Teacher, Administrator and Researcher by profession.

He holds a Teacher’s Certificate “A”, Ghana; B. Ed (English), Ghana; MSc (Project Planning and Management), UK; PRINCE 2, UK; Post-Graduate Certificate (Development Projects in Monitoring & Evaluation), Ghana; Consulting Practice, Ghana, and Doctor of Philosophy (Development Administration), Thailand.

As an astute teacher, Dr. Bingab has taught at all levels of education in Ghana; Basic, Secondary, and now Tertiary.

He has been a member of the Credit Union fraternity since 2004 and previously served as the Board Chair for the University of Education, Winneba Co-operative Credit Union in 2009.

Currently, Dr. Bingab is the Dean of Student Affairs at the University of Education, Winneba having served previously as the Vice-Dean, School of Business, Head of Departments of Management Sciences and Banking and Finance as an Academic Administrator.

His research interest includes Governance, Leadership, Management, Strategic Leadership and Management, Organizational Analysis and Management, Human Resources Management, Public Policy, Project and Programme Planning and Management. He has over fifteen (15) Peer Reviewed Journal Articles to his credit.

As a Chartered Consultant, he has been involved in several consultancy engagements in Ghana, with his most recent consulting engagement being the Coordinating Advisor on Parliamentary Reforms to the 7^th & 8^th Parliaments of Ghana.

Dr. Bingab currently serves as the Board Chair of the University of Education, Winneba Co-operative Credit Union. He is also the Central Chapter Chairman and the National President and Board Chair of the Ghana Co-operative Credit Unions Association (CUA).

Dr. Bingab is married to Petrina with four (4) boys (Bryne, Begetimi, Bekuni (Jnr), and Barmei) and a girl (Bede).
