Workshop on member care training took place
As part of its drive towards making Credit Unios more and more member-satisfaction oriented, CUA in collaboration with the German Savings Banks Foundation for International Cooperation (SBFIC) organized a two-day workshop to design a course content on member care in Credit Unions on 19th/20th September. The workshop took place at the Credit Unions Training Center in Kasoa. Participants who were a small group of CUA and CU staff. During the workshop contents and methods for the behavourial training were discussed and practical exhibited. The first trainings will take place in early 2012.
