20TH October every year is an International Credit Union Day (World Wide). In Ghana, Credit Union day is 22nd October.

Two years Biennial Conference for all Credit Unions in Ghana, and the next one is preferably in May, 2012 and that is where officers for the National Board is selected.

All chapters organise their Annual General meeting at every quarter of the year.

The societies also organise their Annual General Meeting to account to their members of their stewardship that is once a year.
