He is the Deputy Registrar at UENR, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Publishing Studies, an MBA, and a Ph. D. in Business and Management. With over 24 years of experience in university administration, he specializes in strategic management consulting, corporate governance, human resources management, and event planning.
