Nana Kwasi Agyepong - CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (GROUP)
Mr. Nana Kwasi Agyepong became the General Manager of the Ghana Co-operative Credit Union Association (CUA) Ltd. in March 2016. Effective 1st October 2017, his role expanded and changed to Chief Executive Officer(Group).
He is a Charted Secretary with the institute of Charted Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) UK and a finance professional with an MBA in Finance from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom.
He joined CUA in 1991 as the Finance and Administrative Officer. Between 1992 and 1994, he was with the Audit Department and the promoted as the Risk Manager from 1994 to 1997.
He served from 1997 on the African Credit Unions Revitalization Programme (ARP)as one of the two member management team. This was a project initiated by the world council of Credit Unions (WOCCU)to bring Credit Unions In Africa in line with the developed world.
When this projected ended, he became the Technical Services Manager and also doubled as the Zonal Manager in charge of Ashanti and Brong Ahafo Chapters. After these active years of Service within the Credit Union Movement, he traveled to The United Kingdom from 2002 to 2005 also working in the Credit Union System.
Besides these, he worked as Finance Manager for the London Borough of Lewisham on the Surestart project, Financial Capacity Building Consultant for the Ghana Community Radio Network, Finance Manager for the Ghana Integrity Initiative Project. He lectured a while at the Jef Woller College, London and at ICSA study school in Accra in Financial Management and Corporate Law. I have also be a corporate secretary for Participatory Development Associates(PDA) in Ghana.
A lot of the time, He was consulting also for many Credit Unions and Micro-finance Institutions in Ghana.
Stephen Asiamah - CHIEF OF FINANCE
Mr. Stephen Asiamah is the Deputy General Manager in Charge of Accounts & Financial Services. He Acted as the General Manager of Ghana Co-operative Credit Association (CUA) Ltd from July 2015 to March 2016. Effective 1st October 2017, his role expanded and changed to Chief of Finance.
He joined CUA on 1st December, 2002 and had his Bachelor of Science Administration in Accounting – Legon and a Post Graduate Diploma (MIA) – Austra, Vienna and ACCA Part 11.
He has worked as an Accountant in Various organizations since 1999 till now.
Emmanuel Coffie - GENERAL MANAGER - (CUA CAPITAL)
Emmanuel Coffie is the first General Manager of CUA Capital, a subsidiary of CUA since 1st August 2017. Prior to that, he was the Deputy General Manager in charge of Operations of the Ghana Co-operative Credit Unions Association (CUA) Ltd.
He joined the organization in 2010 and worked in the Brong Ahafo Chapter of CUA as the Regional Manager. He has a Multi-disciplinary background and professional experience including consulting practices for over ten (10) years.
He is a professional Teacher and obtained his certificate ‘A’ in teaching from Foso Training College in 1994. He had his first degree from the University of Education – Kumasi Campus in 2004.
He furthered his Education in the School of Management and Professional Studies and graduated with Advance Diploma in Accounting and Finance in 2007. He continued to Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi and pursued Masters in Business Administration (Accounting) Programme and graduated in 2010. Mr. Coffie is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG), qualified and admitted as a Chartered Accountant in 2013 into the institute. Mr. Coffie taught in the following schools before joining CUA Ltd: Mankessim Secondary School 1999 – 2000; College of Business Studies, Kumasi 2001 – 2004; Tweneboa Secondary School, Kumawu 2004 – 2005; St Hubert Seminary Second.School, Kumasi 2006 – 2010; College of Business, Kumasi 2007 – 2010
Lydia Daiki Kisseih - CHIEF ADMINISTRATOR
Miss Lydia Daiki Kisseih is the Chief Administrator effective 1st October 2017. Until her role changed, she was the Deputy General Manager in charge of Administration. She joined CUA on 1st October, 2010.
She had her ordinary level, advance level certificates and preceded to Cape Coast University for a Bachelor of Arts degree (Hons) and Diploma in Education certificate. She finally obtained her Masters of Philosophy in Adult Education.
She worked as a Social worker in SOS Children Village, Asiakwa. She was the Deputy Manpower officer in Accra Education Metro office .Madam became the Operations Manager at the Get fund. She had the chance to become Head teacher of Dodowa Presby Primary School and an English tutor at Bawku Technical Institute.
