“THE CREDIT UNION FOR CREDIT UNIONS”
This Department plays its role as the Central bank for all the Credit Unions such that it provides financial assistance to the Credit Unions in times of crisis and it ensures that, the Credit Unions fulfil its financial obligations to Head office.
CFF is constituted under the “CUA Bye-Law and Articles of Association” as amended and approved at the Special General Meeting at Cape Coast on 27th March, 1991, under objects, section V, Central Finance Facility to establish a Central Finance Facility for inter-lending among members and to receive deposit funds from societies.
The Facility manages the liquidity system as well as providing appropriate financial products and services for credit unions in Ghana. It is also seen as the “Credit union for Credit Unions”.

This Department trains and educates all CUA/CU staff, the Board and Committee members to deliver acceptable services to its members.It also organizes CUA events like the Biennial Conference every two years for the Credit Union Movement in Ghana.
Clara Anim Nyarkoah - PROJECT CORDINATOR
This department coordinates the activities of the various departments under CCA/CUA projects. They include: Capacity Building, Gender, Youth Savings, HIV/AIDS and all the Safe and Sound Systems of CUA.

CUA Risk Management Department- “Your partner in times of need.”
It provides the best of service to securing and protecting the financial interests and the general well-being of the Credit Unions and their members at a minimum cost. The department oversees the risk activities of the Credit Unions operations in the country such that it has initiated policies to protect the loan and savings facilities of the members so that members and their Credit Unions would never become losers when the unexpected happened like death and permanent disability.

Patience Annor - MARKETING
The Marketing/Research department is responsible for the appearance of CUA in public and promotes the Credit Union concepts and CUA products and services. For instance, it does radio and TV discussions, organises newspaper publications, and develops marketing materials. Furthermore it supports the various departments of CUA in their marketing/Research activities.
